  : Location is great, very close to the Alber Cuyp Market, public transportation and everything The Pijp area has to offer.
  : Cleanliness could have been better. The kitchen is not well equipped, you wouldn't be able to cook a full meal with what's available. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable.

  : Large living room and bedrooms, lots of light. Wi-fi was generally fine. Location was excellent - near to our daughter's flat but also within easy walking distance of museums and the city centre with good food shops and places to eat nearby. The apartment is in a residential street and there was some noise in the evenings as you would expect in a city but the rear bedroom was always very quiet. The Cityden staff were helpful when we had some initial problems setting up the TV channels and opening windows.
  : The stairs were VERY steep, narrow and winding - not sure we would have been able to carry our suitcases up on our own (the Cityden staff member carried them for us). There are 2 sets of stairs to the apartment door and a further set internally. There is no air-con and windows didn't open and close easily so at times the flat was extremely hot. There was a general air of low investment in care and maintenance of the place - especially the hallways but also the tired kitchen and bathroom, the uncleaned freezer, the window problems and a broken plug on the hairdryer.

  : The apartment is bright, very spacious, clean and well equipped. It was wonderful having two bathrooms, and the option of a shower or bathtub! Very unexpected.The neighbourhood of De Pijp is vibrant and we loved the location. With 2 young children and a baby, it was wonderful to be steps from Albert Cuypt market and a 5 min walk from Sarphatipark! We could also walk easily to most parts of the city; it was about 10 min to the museum and around 30 min walk into the very centre of town. We rarely needed public transportation.It was also a nice surprise to be able to access Netflix in the apartment.
  : We don’t mind having stairs to our accommodation, but were unprepared for how steep and plentiful they were! It was frightening at first, particularly with young children who needed to be carried up and down because they were too scared (and it was unsafe) for them to go up. These are the stairs leading up to and within the apartment. However, when I contacted Cityden with my concerns they were very responsive, offering to move us to a unit across town or provide us with baby gates. We ended up staying in the location because we liked the neighbourhood and it would have been more effort than it was worth to pack everything and the children up to go to the other side of town. The Wifi was down for the last two days of our visit, which was frustrating, but again Cityden was responsive in trying to assist us with the issue. Although it was not fixed, I do appreciate their efforts.
