  : This apartment is very big and the location is absolutely fantastic! It makes up for everything else :) Close to all restaurants and groceries you might wish, beautiful area to explore the city, walkable everywhere.
  : We did not like a few of things: the dishes/most cups were broken, very old and/or dirty, I had to rewash everything. The coffee machine looked filthy and there was no filter coffee provided. Some staples were there (oil) but mostly looking old and questionable. For 4 days we had the tiniest samples of shampoo/shower gel provided. The frying pans are totally busted and have to be thrown away ASAP. The couch is broken and not comfortable and not very clean. The TV remotes did not work. The blankets and mattresses we not very clean. Some things were brought by the host after we asked but our impression was that they put things there (dishes, pans) that they would otherwise through away.. It is annoying because tiny things like shampoo, simple dishes, filter coffee are extremely cheap to provide but allow for an enjoyable stay and better reviews :) The apartment didn´t feel very new overall, many things need replacing. But the location made up for most of it, nice to explore Amsterdam.

  : The biggest problem was the difficulty of communicating with the hosts. From them comes only automatic mailing. Messages in messengers are answered sparingly and extremely reluctantly. Accordingly, this causes uncertainty when traveling, because I want to understand that we are expected and the apartments are ready.There was still a surprise from a steep and narrow staircase of forty-three steps. Even a physically strong person is difficult enough to pick up luggage to floor. For aged people and people with limited ability, these apartments should not be used for stay, as they will trivially not reach the 2nd floor from ground.We are in family group of three persons, the double bed was acceptable, but the sofa for the third person was in very poor condition. The bad linens had a few small spots.I am not a pretentious tourist and I am able to limit myself to minimal comfort, however the condition of these apartments caused me some disappointment.
