  : - The concept in itself is cool and creative. - The beds were comfortable. - Good location
  : - We got woken up by a false fire alarm at 5 AM, one of the worst nights ever. Hardly any apology from the staff, this is unacceptable! - The bedside lamps in my room and my coworker's room were missing light bulbs (see photos). Overall, it seemed like the rooms need a renovation. - The staff first refused to refund us the deposit to our virtual business credit card, telling us that it needs to be refunded to a physical credit card. This has never been an issue at other hotels. This amount should actually not even be deducted but just blocked. - The staff was cleaning the common bathrooms in the morning around 9 AM which made me a bit uncomfortable. Shouldn't that happen later during the day and not during peak hours? - The common area was badly lit at night. My colleague has bad eyesight and it was a bit hard for him to orient himself.
