: The bathroom was lacking storage for guests washbag and makeup (had to use the sink. A shelf or two would be great!Heating wasn't working, however the team sent a heater within 20mins of my asking for help.

: Apartment was a good size and close to a conference I was attending. Nice balcony (weather permitting) and kitchen. Contact with the hosts was very good. Digital keys made it easy to access the property but you do need to make sure you have enough battery on your phone if you come home late of an evening. Amsterdam is a wonderful city but watch out for cyclists!
: Steep steps up to entrance. We were allocated an apartment on the 4th floor. No lift, only a very steep and narrow staircase which was not easy to navigate with luggage. You need to be moderately fit! Bed is on a mezzanine over the bathroom and again more steep and narrow steps up to bed. Pray you don't need the toilet during the night!

: The stairs to the bed were steep, there was hardly any protection from the side of the bed and falling from the bed on to the apartment floor, there were no extra toiletries/towels, the kitchen wasnt fully equipped to cook things, the apartment was not as advertised, much smaller. Wasnt told that it was a wet bathroom, when you have a shower, the whole bathroom is soaked and steamed. No extra floor mats. Bits of the apartment are dated. Dining table and chairs had marks all over them and are old. Half the channels dont work on the TV. The location is awful, no street lights, Ubers cant park up for longer than a minute outside. People selling drugs outside on the street. The stairs to the building and the apartment are extremely steep and almost impossible to drag luggages up and down to apartment. No lifts available.
