The Rembrandt Monument in Amsterdam is an iconic tribute to the famous Dutch painter and etcher, Rembrandt van Rijn. Located in the heart of Amsterdam, near the historic city center, it stands as a reminder of the world-renowned artist's immense contribution to art and culture. The monument was designed by sculptor Louis Royer and inaugurated in 1852. It is made up of two bronze statues of the artist; one seated and another standing.
