: I enjoyed how close the property was to everything. Also the cleanliness of the hotel. I was in the 1st floor and I enjoyed viewing the city center from my room.
: I didn’t like that the night guard left the front desk leaving me locked out of the hotel for 30 mins. However was able to show up at 04:00 am and unlock the secondary door to let me in.

: The hotel is conveniently located at the Artis tram stop, an easy ride from Central Station.The room was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.We would consider staying here again in the future.
: This is just a nitpick, but our room was on the 1st floor (2nd floor for Americans), at the front of the hotel. This location was a little noisy, with beeping crosswalk signals and tram and vehicle traffic. It wasn’t terrible, just noticeable if you’re sensitive to this kind of thing. The noise died down close to midnight and was fine until morning.I realize the hotel has no control over this, but if you’re especially sensitive to noise you might want to request a room at the back or on a higher floor.

: The hotel staff was very rude, they said on booking that they have fridge and balcony but when we arrived it was not. Also, there was a problem in the lamp and they didn’t fix it. Also they said on booking that they have 24 hr help desk but it was not and even no room service after 5. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I recommend for booking to verify the facilities before being posted.

: The hotel provides all the essentials for a stay in Amsterdam. Its location is extremely convenient, with the tram station situated directly in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The staff were incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our belongings in the housekeeping fridge. Moreover, when an issue arose in our room, they quickly relocated us to a different room. So it is really a good value for money! Many thanks!

: It was a simple stay -- good location -- no frills and affordable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating -- took care of our taxi needs, and helped us navigate the neighbourhood. It was great that they were at the desk 24hrs. We had a unit on the first floor, and with the rowdiness at night, it was good to know that someone was around. I love the tea kettle in the room, and the proper glass mugs!
: It was a smallish room, which was fine, but the bathroom was very tiny -- difficult to manoeuvre around the toilet and sink. The shower wasn't closed off -- so water escaped freely which worsens the small bathroom situation -- water all over the place. Nevertheless, for a budget stay in a pretty good location, I would come back.
