  : To be honest the best I could say was that it was just OK. The location was good for the Museum Quarter, not so convenient to reach from Schipol airport. The breakfast was perfectly acceptable.
  : Most things really. It was a horribly dingy room, with navy walls, cheap dark wood furniture with black leatherette details - ugh! And the inadequate lighting didn't help much. Was not happy to see the door was alarmed and had a safety guard - what sort of guests stay here? No heating in the room. Very thin duvet - lucky the weather was reasonably mild. The furniture in my room rattled as soon as I walked across the room and the noise from the upstairs bedroom was not good as people thumped across the floor and their furniture rattled and their conversation carried. I should say these guests were not anti-social or misbehaving but the whole hotel just seemed cheap and noisy. I was woken up several times by people coming and going. Hated having to check in on-line even though there was someone on reception. Was challenged twice about whether I had paid for breakfast (I had). I have stayed in far worse places but this was the most expensive hotel I stayed in on my trip, which began in Scandinavia, and the whole experience was just a big disappointment. It just shouted minimum effort from the hotel owners.
