  : Stay was ruined by drunk guests next to my room who arrived noisily at 04:07 and continued to be disruptive until they left after 09:00. Did not sleep at all. Inintial intervention by staff after I phoned helped but there were continual disruptions every few minutes for 5 hours with noisy toilet visits with sounds of violent throwing up. I phoned a second time and sent three emails throughout the night saying I wanted a refund. In the morning the new staff had minimal awareness of the disruptions the night before. I asked if the noisy guests had lost their deposit for breaking house rules and it seems not. I asked for a refund and was told I had to go through booking.com which I did but have heard nothing back for 4 days so I am submitting this negative review. The hotel should take responsibility for a clear violation of their house rules. They did not. I attach a picture of what looks like sperm on the wall by my bed. Staff said it was clear silicone gel. Whatever it is it should not be there. Carpet was stained. Shared bathrooms were tiny.
