  : No fridge, no coffee provisions, no jug, no water, no hand towel, balcony and furniture green and disgustingly filthy couldn't sit down, photos didn't look like as presented, no chair to sit on, bed had to be pulled into hallway to access it, ridiculously steep stairway couldn't carry luggage up.Warning do not book or stay here.

  : Poor hygiene, cleanliness and facilities in our room, rubbish under the bed, still there when we left. Stale smell of cigarette smoke in our room. Cigarette ash in the balcony door threshold, balcony was filthy with weeds growing. The guttering you look down onto was filthy, full of rubbish, cigarette butts & a condom - disgusting. Door to the bathroom visibly filthy from dirty hands. We did not feel comfortable sleeping there as it was horrible & dirty. The runner on the bed had a reddish-brown mark on it, not sure if it was blood or faeces. Did not approach the staff as felt intimidated - male staff sat at the reception desk smoking did not invite a complaint about the room. Communal lounge and toilet filthy, chairs ripped, toilet stank of urine and dirty sanitary bin.I contacted Booking.com several times via phone and email on our return, they are not interested, once you've paid your money that's it. They should take some responsibility as they happily advertise this hotel.

  : Fairly well located, staff was friendly and I believe the city itself is expensive.
  : A lot of noise from the street, no A/C, so it was very hot. The room was small and everything seem very old (but clean). The stairs are very hard to use. Check in was not clear.

  : That when booked its doesnt make it clear about the stairs. When we come out in Jan we went to have a look where hotel was and saw the stairs we tried to cancel as two of our group had problems with stairs. Now it was not like we was cancelling last minute and having a good enough reason and being months before trip they would cancel but no. When got there they put one of us on the 4th floor not even we can try and move u nothing so we had to go out in morning and come back when ready for bed. One of our group had tampons taken from there room. When booking a place like this there should be a pop up before confirming saying have u read the important information or put the steep stairs under facilities Would not recommend Our room the curtain was pinned to wall massive gaps around the window. The window overlooked someone else balcony so once I was changing and someone was at the window . The socket beside bed didnt work the shower room was so small would not recommend anyone over 14 stone. Room need a good paint and flooring was going. The tv in other room didnt work
