: The location of the hotel is central to everything in Amsterdam. Surprisingly the bathroom was a great size as the room was tiny. The bed was really comfortable and a lovely view of the canal. Having air conditioning was great.
: The room is really small and hard to walk around the bed. Plus as we were on the fifth floor, the elevator stops at the 4th floor and we had a small staircase to get up which was a bit hard with suitcases. The towels are average and with the price you pay for the hotel they should have better quality.

: Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was very warm weather, so we were very grateful that the room was air conditioned.
: We knew to expect a very small room (and it was). Even though there was an elevator, there were some very steep stairs to navigate to get to the room from the elevator. Navigating they with luggage was a challenge.

: Rooms were very small. The woman at the front desk was very rude until our last day checking out. Would go back to Amsterdam, but not this hotel.

: This hotel is situated in a great area for all the main parts to see of Amsterdam and has a great view of the canal.
: I had 2 strangers enter my room in the middle of the day claiming that the room was listed as vacant. I advise the staff and wasn’t satisfied with their response to it. As a woman I would not stay in this hotel alone ever again.
