: The location is central but be careful what you wish for as the sound proofing is very poor and I was awake from street noise till 2am
: It is a soulless central sleeping place. This is not a hotel stabdard. The reception is varied some good some very cold.The room was OK but they only chnage sheets every 3 days! Why! This is a great deal breaker and is not clear when booking.There are no normal cups in the room. Everything is paper cups and feels so cheap and terrible taste.Breakfast is all cold supermarket quality and not enough variety.Cleaning staff don't even bother making the room to an acceptable standard and just pull sheets to straighten them.Overall, if you need to experience a Hotel quality, it is not here.

: The location is central and excellent access for public transportation. The water station in the lobby was a nice additional benefit.
: The facility was very understaffed and staff were very overwhelmed leading to errors. A large group happened to be checking in when we arrived and since there was only one staff member we had to wait almost 30 minutes to check in. AND the staff assigned our room to another person so in the evening we had someone enter our room! When I brought this to the staff's attention the following day they were not apologetic or sympathetic in any way. This is a major safety issue, thank goodness it was a friendly couple who were very upset about the mistake.

: The location was perfect. I can't comment on the breakfast as we travelled back early, so therefore missed breakfast.
: There was a gentleman that was on reception at the time of our check-in. I asked him a question, where a specific place was, he replied with a sarcastic remark and my partner witnessed him rolling his eyes at me, very rude!!
