Disappointing

  : The location was great.
  : It was very dirty. There were crumbs on the kitchen chairs and floor. There was food on the wall by the kitchen table. There was hair and dust under the bed. There was garbage under the sofa. There was hair and something oily in the few drawers available to unpack your clothing (needless to say we didnt unpack).I alerted our property contact about the issue the first day that we arrived, she said the cleaner would come the next day to clean. The cleaner didnt come the next day, so I called our contact again. She said that she was told that the cleaner had come and she was very shocked that the cleaning wasnt done. There were no offers to fix the issue, and we had to sleep another night in the dirty suite.The next morning our kitchen was overrun with ants, and we lost some of our breakfast items to the creatures.Unfortunately, despite the great location we did not enjoy our stay; and I was very disappointed by how the property manager did not even try to fix the cleanliness issue (she spent a lot of time blaming the cleaners, rather than coming to see the issue and fix it herself).
