  : Everything was fine but there are minor faults. The personnel was helpful.
  : The showers may be cleaner, when I put the hot water to tiles, there were brown stains falling off.Also the shower glass was shaking and looks like it's going to fall too.On the other hand, IT WAS NOT WRITTEN AND STILL NOT WRITTEN on "House rules" page that they charged (and sure returned) 50 EUR per night/room (500 EUR in total) for deposit. There were not any conditions written for deposit, it could be okay if it was stated on "House rules", but it's not okay to have a 500 EUR surprise to the guests. It's a thing that they've returned at the end of the stay but IT MUST BE written on that page. [Read carefully: We assumed that Park Centraal is a branch of one of a hotel chains and guessed they don't hold any deposit just like others. Also, they should not be holding a deposit from the "cash payers" on the banquet. What were they thinking while taking a deposit, are we going to rip off of steal something from the room? It's a shame to hold 50 EUR for every night for every room. Do the math for all the rooms in the hotel per day. We commit to stay for 5 days, we pay for 5 days "in advance". Is there still something left "uncertain"? I don't understand the logic of taking a 5-day deposit per room. So at the end of each day we stay, they don't return that 1-day deposit to us, but they can keep all 5 days? I still don't get it.]
