  : Initially peculiar smells to the room. Fine after airing out with window. Sure this can be resolved. Room could do with a tidy up. Bathroom fan didn't work

  : Location was perfect. Room was quite cozy and comfortable.
  : Stairs were not standard and it was quite difficult to climb up and down the stairs. So from second floor upwards, it's not a suitable hotel for elderly people.

  : Lovely part of Amsterdam close to trams - really convenient for exploring the city. Supermarket/ food outlets nearby. Felt laid back. They stayed up for us when our flight was delayed!
  : Sometimes so noisy that we ended up giggling hysterically! (Dustbin lorries, trams, low flying planes etc) but bed comfortable so we coped (and slept!)

  : The pictures are not of the place we stayed they sent us to a building next door which was not the actual hotel the room was small and nothing as we expected. There was no elevator which I don't mind since we were not with big heavy luggage but the lady at the reception kept saying that it was stated clearly in the description and it was not said in booking. The pillows are really uncomfortable and the bathroom had an awful smell. There were also some renovations going around that we were not informed about before.In addition, we asked for an invoice in my boyfriend's name and she said it was not possible that it has to be on the reservation name even though I made the reservation on HIS name and in the reservations details said it in his name.

  : The location is amazing. Tram stop was just a short walk away. Grocery store, restaunts and laundramant also very close. Vondelpark is beautiful.
  : The shower in the bathroom was a bit awkward. More like a wetroom and super small.
