  : The location of the apartment is great! The heating system worked well and made the place more cosy.
  : The place was not that clean, there was food and dust around and under the beds. There was lack of storage (some shelves or a cupboard in the 2nd room would be a nice addition!) and there was no broom, hair dryer or cutlery and plates available (there was a dirty cup in the wardrobe of the 1st room, actually). The kettle had white plaques floating inside, which seemed unhygienic.It would also have been more pleasant to have more than one towel per person (to have one for the face and another for the body). Presentation-wise, it would have been better to see ironed sheets/ duvet cover, because they were all crumpled, giving the idea that they were not that clean. This contrasted with the photos from the website, that showed neat beds and more towels per bed.Especially during these Corona times, this place didn't look very hygienic, clean or desinfected, starting from the crumpled bed sheets, to the dust and food on the floor around and under the beds. Another aspect is the lack of lock in the second room. For both rooms, actually, it would have been important to have a locking system, because the hallway is shared and our rooms are left unlocked (door closed but unlocked), when we are out of the house, leaving our belongings there unattended.We had been told that there was cutlery and plates for 4 people, but there was nothing and we had to buy disposable cups and cutlery, due to this misinformation.

  : This hotel is very good, the stairs are very spacious, there is no need to share the bathroom with others, the room is large, there is a table in the room, there is a kitchen, the door of the room can be locked, it is very safe, the customer service is very polite, and the room has good sound insulation. The landlord did not deduct any money other than the room fee. This room should be very suitable for Airbnb, I hope the host can do better.

  : The beds were confortable and clean. The bathroom was fine. One room has the fridge and microwave and the other has a wardrobe that you cant use cause it's for storage. If you tend to not spend a lot of time in your room when your away and just like to wash up, get dressed and go and come back just to sleep then it's perfect. There is a bag storgae place right beside them if you wanna drop your bag before checkin or after checkout. Had towels and toilet papar
  : The stairs look like a ladder going in. Amsterdam in general has steep stairs but this one was the steepes. Nowhere to put our clothes since the wardrobe was being used for storage. Behind the fridge was very dusy, I moved it to get to the plugs. Would like anouter plug in the room with th fridge. The quite hours are from 10pm till 9am and it made us a bit uncomfortable. Wifi network was not accessible. No lock on the rooms

  : It was cold, too expensive, bad cleaned. Nobody welkomed us but they charged us extra money because we arrived later than 6pm. There is no space to place suitcases or any personal belongigs.
