  : The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
  : 1. E200 for one night in a barely inhabitable small space. 2. The toilet was blocked by a large rectangular porcelain sink with pointed corners, making it nearly impossible to access. 3. Not one word was said, nor was there any signage regarding how to turn on electricity to the whole room. Middle of the night tried to get to the bathroom and none of the light switches, nor the hair dryer, nor the coffee/tea pot work. Also, needed to charge phone and none of the wall outlets were functional--NONE! Next morning, checked all the lights, electrical devices and wall outlets and none were active. It turned out that the room card had to be deposited into a card holder next to the door. Neither Americans nor the Germans I know ever heard of this system. A simple sign would have alleviated the problem. It made an already difficult 9-hour flight and a train ride to the hotel a miserable experience.

  : The location was great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
  : The air con was on a 1 hour timer, which I understand from the hotels perspective in saving energy and money. It did make the nights a tad warm during the summer heat.
