  : The location is truly great. A hotel is situated right near the canal district, as well as all the museums, and is easily accessible from the central station.
  : Unfortunately, the hotel’s upgrade policy and communications are awful. When I asked to change the bedding type to two separate beds, I was told that adding another person to the room would cost 30€ more. I ended up going alone, and asked to account for only one person in the room, at which point I was informed that the 30€ was not a surcharge for another person, but a room type change, which cannot be undone. I believe the hotel shall be clear re such things from the very beginning. Furthermore, I never received an invoice with a detailed breakdown of the increased amount.Finally, the cleanliness of the hotel’s public areas shall be on a completely different level (see the photo attached). Mold stains all across carpets, as well as neglected corners/certain places in the rooms is nowhere near a professional standard.

  : The location of the hotel was perfect and the guy in the reseption greeting us was really helpful and friendly. The room was clean.
  : The room was really hot and the windows could not be opened. The fan placed in our room did not work. Also the air in the room felt quite damp along with the sheets, and after a shower we could not get the damp air out so it got even worse. But again, the price was really nice so its okay.
