  : Location is the only good thing about this place.
  : For a start, I can see now that the information on this site was updated. When we booked there was very little mention of the lack of lifts and steapness of the stairs. Had I known this, I would never have booked this place for us. Including my 78 year old mother. Sadly, for us, the information provided now is a little too late. The person that checked us in was very rude and did not want to make any concesssion regarding the 10 euro key deposit. Super late at night he sent me looking for an ATM as this had to be cash. It was only after searching and walking for about 20 minutes, that he offered to do a reserve on the card. He should have offered that from the beginning as an alternative to cash. Did I mention the stairs??? EDIT: I take not of your response. I never asked for a refund. Also, when we booked, that information was not available as it is now. I would never have booked it if it was available. But at least now, you are informing people!!!
