  : The property was in a good location for us. It was very close to the shuttle to station centraal and to other destinations and close to a trainline to schiphol Amsterdam Airport.Staff were friendly and helpful.
  : I would suggest that a towel rail be included in the bathroom.

  : The room was very nice and big and comfortable to stay in.
  : No matter how many times I asked, I couldn't get my room cleaned during the week I stayed there. The housekeeping staff would lie and say they'd cleaned and I would have to ask the front desk to bring me clean towels or tea bags. I expect a lot more when I pay that much.

  : location is great, close to tram/subway and train connections. bed was very comfortable.
  : although decent the rooms are a bit rough around the edges. door handles that are loose, carpet doesn’t look very clean, and there’s a very loud beeping sound once you put your room card in the slot to turn on the lights.

  : The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the city centre but not too far from the airport. The tram station (to go to the city centre) is at a minute walk and the train station (to go to the airport) is at a 5 minutes walk in the other direction.Considering the high frequency at which both trams and train are scheduled this is very practical.The staff is friendly and ready to help with directions and such.
  : There was no breakfast service (but that was clear from the time we booked), possibly as a consequence of the COVID restrictions. Our room had 2 single beds and a double. The mattresses were comfortable on the single beds, but the mattress of the double had a huge "depression" on one side which made it quite uncomfortable as it felt slanted.The shower had no door and the shower floor was slanted in the wrong direction so that the water would not go to the drain but towards the (missing) door. As a workaround that the bathroom had a floor squigee to be used to "push" the water towards the drain, but that had to be done at least twice during an average shower
